The Uni Place District hosted a 2025 T-shirt design contest to promote its support of local artists and events, including art fairs that provide exposure for emerging creatives. My design was selected, leading to my first client opportunity, which led to a commission for a map of the creative community.

DESIGN CONCEPT
The concept centers on the Uni Place District as a connected community. A heart-shaped composition represents how local businesses, artists, and everyday details come together to form its identity. Each element reflects part of this ecosystem, from creative spaces and small businesses to public art and nature, emphasizing their collective role in shaping the district’s character.
